Tutor Invest studies thoroughly all potential investments, negotiates the terms of the investment with the company in question and, as appropriate assembles the investment consortium.

Tutor Invest acts in close cooperation with the private investors of the company. Tutor Invest participates in the strategic planning of the companies it finances and assists these companies in strategy implementation and in internationalization. 

Upon request, Tutor Invest conducts operations on project basis, such as international contract negotiations, organizing sales and distribution, capital goods investments as well as acquisitions possibly necessitated by growth.
