Johanna Kekki

She has experience in planning and analyzing corporate finance, private equity investments and corporate transactions. Her particular competencies include evaluating a company based on commercial and financial criteria as well as management accounting information, changes of ownership and private equity investments from the valuation to the completion of the investment. Johanna received her Master of Science degree from the Department of Law at the Tampere Business School.
