These positions include CEO, CFO and management consultant. He has also been a board member in more than 30 companies.   Jorma’s expertise includes equity investment and finance as well as investment issues in growth companies. He was involved in development company activities in the late ‘80s and in the mid-90s he co-founded an equity investment company Helmet Capital, the CEO of which he was for 10 years. During these years three equity funds were established through which almost 30 investments to companies in various fields and at different stages as well as numerous exits were made. After Helmet Capital Jorma has managed his own consulting company offering financial advice for growth oriented SMEs as well as helping them gather financing. He has also been a member in numerous evaluation teams for growth companies.
